1940's Nancy An Storybook Doll - To Market, To Market
Dress is tied in the back with a ribbon which dates it to WWII period when pins were not available
She is 5 1/2" tall with fixed legs and jointed arms.
Her hair is dark brown, in the original set, and her painted eyes are black.
She is wearing a red and white checked skirt with a navy blue bodice.
Her pantaloons are white cotton and appear to have been replaced.  Well done, however.
Black shoes are painted on with no scratches or missing paint.
She has her original arm tag and she is wearing a navy blue bonnet with red ribbons.
Stand included.
