    This item for sale is an antique, 10k solid yellow gold and genuine sapphire stickpin in excellent used condition. It measures 2.25 inches tall and the top 'head' measures exactly 1/2 inch and is set with a 4mm faceted genuine sapphire.  The stickpin is in MINT condition and quite lovely.
