.  A  big block of cast 10M formula Steuben crystal was precision hand cut, polished and shaped as only Steuben master craftsmen could do, achieving perfect proportions in sculptural form. A hemisphere cut into the center of the square causes receding spheres to appear throughout the crystal. This design magnifies and refracts the light brilliantly with these moon and planet like shapes appearing in every different angle. In flawless condition with it's sound condition original vintage fitted red leather box.  A very special gift for birthday, anniversary or for the collector.

Steuben Glass was founded by Frederick Carder in 1903. Recognized as the world's foremost artisan glass house, Steuben glass was hand made by American craftsmen at the works in Corning NY.  Steuben glass was frequently the United States’ gift of State to foreign dignitaries. Steuben marketed no “seconds”. Items that did not meet their exacting production standards were destroyed by being smashed in a bin. Steuben, a recognized luxury brand and the ultimate in art glass.
